What is this role?

As a Senior Inside Sales Counsellor, you will beresponsible for guiding potential learners inchoosing the right certification and degreeprograms. Using your strong consultative andcounselling skills, you will help candidates align theircareer aspirations with our offerings, ensuring aseamless enrolment journey.

What youll do:

Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and chats to counsel them on programs from IITs, IIMs, and otherleading institutions.

Understand students academic/professional backgrounds, aspirations, and challenges to provide tailoredrecommendations.

Drive conversions by building trust, resolving queries,



and handling objections effectively.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaigns.

Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain detailed lead interactions and reports in CRM systems. Stay updated on new programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

24 years of proven experience in hardcore inside sales (EdTech experience preferred).

Robust consultative selling and counselling skills with a customer-first approach.

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high lead volumes and drive closures independently.

Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
