Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management
Manage and qualify inbound leads from website, referrals, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business objectives.
Recommend suitable solutions and service offerings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project scopes.

Sales & Conversion
Own the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
Conduct client presentations and solution discussions.
Negotiate commercials and close deals.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management




Build robust relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Identify prospects for repeat business and account growth.

CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Track lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Requirements
36 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client servicing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience handling inbound leads and consultative selling.
Ability to understand client business challenges and recommend solutions.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

Preferred
Experience selling creative, marketing, consulting, branding, or SaaS services.
Experience working with enterprise or corporate clients.
Familiarity with PowerPoint, presentations, branding, or communication services.
