Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across levels
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Schedule and manage interviews with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hiring




Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
Support employer branding and recruitment drives
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure 3 quality submissions per day with a target of 1 hire per month.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good understanding of recruitment life cycle
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
