CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION ASSOCIATE
Position Summary
The Client Implementation Associate supports the Client Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Sr. Client Implementation Specialist (SCIS) with current client set up during the full implementation phase.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares for welcome call with Client by reviewing Client information and preparing current client PowerPoint.
Reviews and scrubs employee import file data.
Completes basic Prism (HRIS) set up. This includes inputting the departments, worksite locations, divisions, etc.
Reviews and updates Client Space (CRM) tasks as needed.
Coordinates calls with Client Implementation, Sr. Client Implementation Specialists and clients, as well as sit in on recent client calls.
Supports clients by pulling reports, as needed.
Completes quality assurance review for incoming implementation submissions, as needed.
