Job Title: Massager / Spa Therapist ( Female )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Massager / Spa Therapist with a solid background in acupressure and Ayurvedic therapies. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in traditional wellness treatments and demonstrate a deep understanding of therapeutic healing techniques. The role is based in Ghana, West Africa, and requires a professional who can deliver high-quality wellness services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform various types of massages and body therapies with a focus on acupressure techniques.
Deliver Ayurvedic treatments such as Basti, Panchakarma, and Shirodhara as per client requirements.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate therapies for relaxation, pain relief, and wellness.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper setup of therapy rooms and equipment.
Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction during all sessions.
Educate clients on post-therapy care and wellness practices.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.




Maintain records of treatments provided and client preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in spa / wellness centers.
Strong knowledge of Acupressure (mandatory/preferred).
Understanding of Ayurvedic therapies including:
Basti
Panchakarma
Shirodhara
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in an international environment.
Physically fit and capable of performing therapy sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in Ayurveda / Spa Therapies / Massage Therapy.
Prior international work experience will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to Ghana (West Africa).
Adaptability to different cultural environments.
Qualified attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Company will provide: Visa + Air tickets + Sharing Accommodation + Laundry + Food + General Medical.

Contract Term: 2 Years (it can be renewed with the consent of both the parties.)
