Minimum 1 year of experience in DME Intake.
Valuable understanding of DME documentation requirements.
Knowledge of PAP (CPAP/BiPAP) documentation and intake processes.
Knows to call insurance for eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and order review will be preferred.
Ability to review and identify missing documentation required for order processing.
