Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop current B2B business prospects across domestic and international markets.
Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive business growth.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with prospective customers.
Coordinate with the Design, Merchandising, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, and MIS reports using ERP and CRM systems.
Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini to improve productivity, lead generation, and reporting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2 - 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
Experience in the Jewellery, Gems & Jewellery, Luxury Goods, Manufacturing, or Export industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
