Role : Technical services Engineer
Function :Trade Sales
Level : Executive/ Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities
Support achievement of Sales target & take measures to increase market share through
Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers
Enrolment of mason and contractors
Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise
Attending product quality complaints and resolution
Services to construction sites

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc.
Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships
Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.



Tech / B.E - Civil Engineering

Experience required for the role
If BE / BTech Min 1 + Years of Experience
If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience
Had worked in similar Role - Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc.
If -Off Roll (From Cement Organization) Subject to ZTH clearance
Refrain from Construction site

Additional Skill / Knowledge - Required
Orientation towards techno commercial sales
Knowledge & Skill to Influence, Influencers like Contractors, Engineers, Masons etc.
Hands on Experience in handling Customer complaints & Technical queries
