Role & responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute factory construction projects from inception to completion.
Manage all civil works including industrial buildings, warehouses, offices, roads, foundations, drainage systems, boundary walls, and utility infrastructure.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, cost estimates, and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards and company requirements.
Inspect ongoing work and identify any technical or quality issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Verify contractor bills, material quantities, and project measurements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, and site records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at construction sites.




Coordinate procurement of construction materials and monitor inventory requirements.
Assist management in planning future expansion projects and facility improvements.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and project timeline.
Provide technical support for maintenance, renovation, and repair of company buildings and infrastructure.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial, factory, or commercial construction projects.
Robust knowledge of RCC structures, steel structures, industrial buildings, and infrastructure development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Valuable understanding of project planning, estimation, quantity surveying, and site execution.
Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to learn Portuguese.
