Role & responsibilities
Monitor and analyze project/business P&L; performance.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Develop financial models and profitability assessments.
Present MIS, dashboards, and business insights to management.
Identify cost optimization and margin improvement prospects.
Partner with Sales, Projects, Procurement, and Leadership teams on business decisions.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust understanding of P&L; management and profitability drivers
Expertise n cost control, cost allocation, and cost optimization
Hands-on experience with variance analysis and financial modeling
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial models)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite or similar)
Ability to translate financial data into business insights
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
