Define ingestion pipelines for high-volume telecom metrics (alarms, usage, KPIs, performance counters).
Drive optimizations using memory profiling, concurrency patterns, goroutine efficiency, and performance tuning.




Ensure backend services follow security best practices (IAM, TLS, RBAC, AuthN/AuthZ).
Design monitoring, tracing, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger.
Define engineering standards, patterns, coding guidelines, and architectural principles.
Conduct design and code reviews across Go, GraphQL, and database layers.
Mentor backend engineers and lead POCs for recent architectural components.
Partner with Product, Domain, and UI architects to deliver aligned end to end solutions.
