This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands active involvement in aligning software solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and efficient systems that support business needs.
Additional Information
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and qualified growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software solutions seamlessly within the broader technology ecosystem.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Solid knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within Salesforce environments.
Skilled in code review processes and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Additional Information- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
