Roles and Responsibility
Manage and resolve complex technical issues through phone, email, or chat support.
Provide timely and qualified solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and improve overall service quality.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to document resolutions to common issues.
Analyze and report on service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in training and mentoring junior associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a service desk environment, preferably in a similar role.




Strong understanding of service desk principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience with ticketing systems, incident management tools, and ITIL processes.
