The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in managing backend financial operations, ensuring smooth processing of client transactions, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle multiple operational tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.

The candidate will be responsible for managing KYC processes, mutual fund transactions, and coordinating with RTAs and AMCs. They will also act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of financial operations and quick resolution of any transaction-related issues. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in financial operations and investment services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client KYC processing (current registrations and modifications)



through KRA portals
Process mutual fund transactions including SIP, Lumpsum, Redemption, and Switch requests
Coordinate with RTAs such as CAMS and KFintech, and various AMCs
Verify and validate client documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, etc.)
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and MIS reports
Resolve operational issues and client queries related to transactions
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal operational standards

Requirements
Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
Basic understanding of Mutual Funds and KYC processes
Familiarity with KRA portals, CAMS, and KFintech is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
Solid communication and coordination abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
