We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Principal to lead our Academics at Aster MIMS Academy, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in academics and healthcare.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement academic programs to meet the needs of students and professionals in the healthcare industry.
Lead and manage a team of faculty members to ensure high-quality education and training.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement curriculum changes.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including medical professionals and organizations.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in healthcare and medicine.





Job Requirements
Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Medicine or Allied Health.
Minimum 5 years of experience in academics or a related field.
Robust leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Robust knowledge of healthcare and medicine, with a commitment to staying current with industry developments.
