Leading supplier negotiations to achieve savings and improved terms
Supporting category teams in sourcing activities

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
5+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, or a related field, with hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
Solid negotiation, analytical, and data interpretation skills to support effective decision-making.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global workplace.
Proficiency in standard business tools, including Excel and ERP or procurement systems, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.





Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience with category management or strategic sourcing initiatives, along with knowledge of procurement best practices and process optimization.
Familiarity with supplier risk management and compliance controls, with the ability to support effective and compliant procurement processes.
Strong data analysis capabilities using advanced Excel or other analytics tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.
