Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring that business objectives are translated into clear functional requirements, enabling the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The Business Analyst should possess excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and recommend practical, technology-driven solutions.

Requirements

- Evaluate business processes, identify requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
- Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest business processes and IT advancements to support automation and system modernization.
- Interpret customer requirements into feasible business and technical solutions, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Prepare transparent, accurate, and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) using standard templates.
- Conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project objectives.




- Translate business and customer requirements into functional specifications that are easy for the development team to understand and implement.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in AI Tools and Process Automations.
- Previous experience in handling ERP Projects.
- Expertise in client-ready prototyping using traditional/AI Tools.
