- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Experience with graph database concepts and data modeling.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system interactions.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques in distributed and multi-component environments.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools and interpret system logs to identify issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
