Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications are tailored to support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the system to adapt to evolving business demands. The workday is dynamic, balancing technical development with problem-solving and coordination across teams to deliver reliable and efficient applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the implementation of application features ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate application components seamlessly.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Ability to design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom integrations within the CRM setting.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to CRM data.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in CRM applications.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
