- Coach developers on DevOps best practices.
- Drive capacity planning, configuration management, monitoring, backup/restore, and RCA

Key Accountabilities:

- Solution consultation and enterprise technology alignment.
- Solution estimation, design, code, testing,



and documentation.
- Maintain standards, methods, and tools.
- Manage integrations across on-premises, cloud, and legacy systems.

Skills & Requirements:

- 12+ years software development experience.
- Python and Bash scripting expertise.
- CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Azure: APIM, Front Door, Load Balancing, Networking, WAF, Landing Zones.
- AKS (Managed Kubernetes).
- GitOps (Flux/ArgoCD).
- Observability stack.
- Linux fundamentals.
- Terraform and Ansible.
- Distributed systems, security, monitoring, storage.
- Microservices and multi-tier architecture.
- Kafka (Confluent preferred).
- Agile development practices.
- Community publications/accreditations preferred.
- Energy Trading domain experience preferred.
