Role Description:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination.
- Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, HR correspondence, and other employee documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave, probation periods, and employee status changes.
- Support payroll function and coordinate with finance or external payroll providers.
- Assist with performance reviews,
goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Address employee questions, concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
- Coordinate staff training, professional development, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports covering recruitment, employee turnover, attendance, leave, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee information.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
