Role Description The Video Production Intern at BETA will support the end-to-end creation of video content for internal and external communications. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tiruvallur and involves assisting with planning shoots, preparing production schedules, and coordinating basic logistics. Daily tasks include helping with camera setup, lighting, and audio, supporting recording sessions, and maintaining organized files for footage and project assets. The intern will participate in quality checks on video outputs, provide feedback on drafts, and collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with brand and messaging goals.



The role also offers opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, receive training on production tools, and contribute creative ideas to improve visual storytelling.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management, with the ability to support organizing shoots and coordinating timelines.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members, conveying ideas clearly, and supporting project coordination.
- Attention to detail in Quality Control to help review footage, identify issues, and ensure final videos meet defined standards.
- Interest in Training and continuous learning, with openness to feedback and readiness to acquire new technical and creative skills.
- Basic understanding of video production processes, including camera operation, lighting, and audio, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a structured setting.
- Relevant coursework or projects in media, film, communication, or a related field are preferred but not required.
