Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Assistant to the Sales Manager. The role involves supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating communication across internal and external stakeholders, and performing clerical duties. The Assistant will manage schedules, draft correspondence, ensure effective phone communication,



and help facilitate the smooth functioning of sales operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to ensure efficient management of schedules, documentation, and office duties
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing communication with clients and team members professionally
- Hands-on experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with organizing meetings, reports, and correspondence
- Ability to work independently, with solid organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using office productivity tools such as MS Office Suite or equivalent software
- Previous experience in sales support or a similar role is a strong advantage
