As an LLM Model Developer, you will engage in the intricate process of fine-tuning Large Language Models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the models meet specific contextual needs, contributing to innovative solutions that drive the project forward. Your role will require a blend of creativity and analytical thinking as you navigate the complexities of model development, ensuring that the outputs align with the desired objectives and user requirements.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in model fine-tuning.
- Analyze model performance metrics and iterate on model improvements based on feedback.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Robust understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with model evaluation and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
