About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in automotive engineering to join our team at Brembo India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions related to technical discussions and organizational matters. This role involves supporting the creation of an autonomous vehicle-testing team focused on ABS calibration, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing project activities from conception to completion. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our ABS development projects are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with global standards. This position requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across different geographies.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management within the automotive or motorcycle sector.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional local languages is considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of automotive electronic products is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer interface roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary interface with customers for technical discussions and organizational topics,



ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Support and facilitate the creation of an autonomous vehicle-testing team focused on ABS calibration, providing technical guidance and organizational support.
- Manage suppliers from both technical and organizational perspectives, including requirement definition, product specification discussions, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare development cost estimates during the project acquisition phase and compile detailed expense reports to ensure budget adherence.
- Plan and monitor ABS-related project activities, participating in platform meetings, and ensuring seamless collaboration with global teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, technical specifications, and supplier communications.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive electronic innovations and incorporate best practices into project execution.
