Company Description Ace Alley Sports Complex is Pune's premier destination for pickleball, with locations in Viman Nagar and Aundh. The complex features four professional-grade pickleball courts with high-quality asphalt surface. Ace Alley is actively building a vibrant pickleball community and welcomes individuals who are passionate about sports, fitness, and social engagement.

Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Ace Alley's online presence and community engagement across major social platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media content creation (posts, stories, short videos), scheduling and publishing content, and monitoring engagement metrics. The intern will help promote events, tournaments, and offers, and gather photos and videos from on-ground activities at the complex. This internship role is hybrid, with primary work based in Pune City and some tasks that can be completed from home.

Qualifications





- Ability to perform Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting and campaign promotion.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Interest in sports, fitness, or recreational activities, especially racket or paddle sports, is highly beneficial.
- Basic skills in photography, videography, or using content-editing tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and coordinate with in office staff and online audiences.
