Role Descriptions: To Manage and Support SAP Enterprise Portal applications.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• SAP ISU FICA management process.

• Strong hands on in: BP/CA, document structure & clearing, Payment Lots, Returns, Dunning, Interest/Charges, Write off, Correspondence, Payment Mediums, Mass Activities, Reconciliation.

• Resolve FI CA incidents (BP/CA, payment lots, dunning, interest, write offs, correspondence).

• Perform RCA, implement preventive fixes, and maintain KEDB.

• Deliver config changes (SPRO) and minor ABAP enhancements (BAdI/User Exit, forms, reports).

• Monitor batch jobs; ensure period-end stability and GL reconciliation.





• Support period-end and year-end activities, including reconciliation with FI/GL and subledgers.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners.

• Excellent communication and on call readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in computer science/electronics engineering

• Strong SAP ISU technical (ABAP) skills with SAP IS-U FICA support and implementation experience

• Expertise in SAP ISU FICA Management Process.

• Expertise in Device Master Data, change process, baseline configuration

• SAP certification in Financials/FI CA or S/4HANA is a plus.

Essential Skills: Should have positive Utilities domain experience.
