Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B; Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architectural design principles related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle CC&B; modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions within Oracle CC&B; environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used to connect Oracle CC&B; with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in performance tuning and troubleshooting within Oracle CC&B; technical architecture.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CC&B; Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
