About ZealGrit

ZealGrit is an early-stage social impact organisation working towards empowering lives, particularly women and children in rural parts of India. We are currently operating in Bihar through our three verticals:

- Project Implementation: Direct engagement with adolescents, pregnant and lactating women, and young children through community- and school-based interventions.
- Innovation: Designing data-driven programmes, piloting innovative approaches, and generating evidence to inform practice and policy.
- Research and Advocacy: Translating field learnings and research insights into advocacy efforts that strengthen public systems, programmes, and decision-making processes.

As a social impact organisation, the words Zeal and Grit signify the nature of our commitment to working towards improving social and health outcomes in remote areas of the country. As we strive for change, we are inviting enthusiastic individuals who share our vision to join our team and contribute to meaningful initiatives.
