✔ CA / CMA - Min. 5 Years in Manufacturing (Corporate Finance)

✔ MBA Finance - 8 to 10 Years

Job Summary

Responsible for overall financial health of the organization including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, costing, compliance, risk management and support to Stores, Dispatch, Sales & Marketing, EXIM & Purchase.

Key Responsibilities

Working capital management - CC / OD / LCBD





Term loans & long-term finance handling

LC / BG for Import-Export

Banking & regulatory compliance

Financial reports, budgeting & forecasting

Coordination with banks & institutions

Internal controls & processes

Forex exposure & hedging

Costing system & variance analysis

Accounts Payable & Receivable control

Government incentives - RoDTEP, DDB, IGST refunds

EXIM finance activities

MIS reporting to management

Cross functional coordination
