We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Specialist

Aarambh Digital is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

If you have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns, generating quality leads, and optimizing ad performance across multiple platforms, we'd like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max)

• Experience with OTT advertising platforms such as Disney+ Hotstar Ads and other digital advertising networks will be an added advantage

• Implement conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4

• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPL, and overall campaign efficiency

• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to deliver measurable results

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing

• Robust understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads





• Experience with analytics, tracking, and reporting tools

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet performance goals

• Strong analytical and communication skills
