About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong business analysis, functional consulting, and stakeholder management skills, along with exposure to AI-driven digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on Generative AI, intelligent automation, conversational AI, and analytics-driven solutions, while building a solid foundation for future growth into Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document detailed functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and change requests.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, developers,



QA, and DevOps teams to ensure clarity and successful delivery of business requirements.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-powered automation and digital solutions.
- Support the implementation of AI, Generative AI, and analytics solutions across enterprise applications.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triaging, and business readiness activities.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

- 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT services.
- Strong experience in business requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process analysis.
- Good understanding of AI-based solutions, APIs, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to interact with customers and stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs) is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in project coordination, leadership, and continuous process improvement.
