About the role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Pre-Sales & Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, understand business challenges, gather and analyze requirements, prepare solution proposals, and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored digital solutions. Exposure to AI-powered solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Client Consulting

- Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Participate in discovery meetings, requirement discussions, and client presentations.
- Prepare solution proposals, presentations, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate with technical teams to define the most suitable solution architecture.
- Support the sales team during proposal submissions, client demos, and technical discussions.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and assist in converting opportunities into successful projects.

Business Analysis

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and manage change requests.

AI & Solution Innovation

- Leverage AI tools to enhance business analysis, documentation, and solution design.




- Create and optimize prompts for AI-assisted business workflows where applicable.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI trends, and digital transformation practices.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Solution Consulting.
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools, Prompt Engineering, or Generative AI concepts is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qulatification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with software development teams and enterprise applications.
- Exposure to SaaS products, web/mobile application development, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, project management tools, and documentation platforms will be an added advantage.
