Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artist and Talent Manager role based in Ghaziabad. The Artist and Talent Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of artists and creators, including scheduling, contract coordination, and project tracking. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with talent, negotiating opportunities, and aligning brand partnerships with each creator's goals. The role involves developing growth strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring timely communication between artists, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The Artist and Talent Manager will also monitor performance metrics, provide regular feedback to talent,



and help resolve operational or creative challenges as they arise.
Qualifications

- Experience in talent management, artist relations, or entertainment industry account management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with creators, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to negotiate agreements, manage contracts, and coordinate logistics for events, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Knowledge of social media, digital content ecosystems, and audience engagement strategies.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Ghaziabad and collaborating across diverse creative styles.
- Problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a focus on supporting long-term creator growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in a talent agency, music, entertainment, influencer marketing, or creator economy is highly beneficial.
