Consistently produces work of exceptional quality, with meticulous attention to process and outcomes.
- Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.).
- Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions.
- Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required.
- Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance.
- Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects. Roles and Responsibilities:
