Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Neurologist role based in Parvathipuram. The Neurologist will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of neurological conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed neurological examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests such as EEG, prescribing evidence-based treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves managing conditions such as epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke, neuropathies, and other central and peripheral nervous system disorders. The Neurologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams,



participate in clinical discussions, maintain accurate medical records, and counsel patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Neurology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders.
- Clinical expertise in epilepsy management, including seizure classification, treatment planning, and long-term follow-up.
- Experience in movement disorders, including evaluation of tremors, Parkinsonian syndromes, and other extrapyramidal conditions.
- Proficiency in EEG interpretation and related neurophysiological investigations.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Neurology (DM/DNB or equivalent), with valid medical council registration.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered, ethical care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and handle emergency neurological cases.
- Prior experience in a hospital setting and familiarity with standard clinical protocols and documentation practices.
