The Role

As a technology leader in one of these organisations, you'll own the engineering vision and execution — balancing rapid product iteration with the reliability, security, and scale demands of a high-growth venture-backed business.



You'll partner directly with founders and leadership to translate business strategy into technical direction, while building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

What We're Looking For

- Robust track record in senior engineering leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Engineering) at a startup or high-growth company
- Experience scaling engineering teams and systems through rapid growth
- Deep technical expertise across modern architectures, cloud infrastructure, and relevant domain systems (fintech, payments, or platform/operations tech)
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability, founder-led environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business goals into scalable technical outcomes
