and clients.- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.- Track performance metrics and report on business development progress.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales.- Prior experience in the Staffing and Recruitment industry is highly preferred.- Proven experience in the Domestic (India) market, with a strong client network.- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.- Strong understanding of recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
