Job Title : Placement & Career Success OfficerDepartment: Career Services & PlacementLocation: Pune / RemoteJob SummaryThe Placement & Career Success Officer is responsible for connecting learners with employment opportunities through employer partnerships, career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support, ensuring learners are industry-ready.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with employers, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.- Source job and internship opportunities aligned with HCCA programs.- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and employer engagement activities.- Match learners with suitable job opportunities and track hiring progress.- Conduct career counselling, resume reviews, mock interviews, and LinkedIn profile guidance.- Monitor learner placement readiness and address career-related queries.- Maintain placement records, employer database, and generate placement reports.- Collaborate with trainers, admissions,



and marketing teams to support learner success and showcase placement outcomes.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Employer partnerships established- Job opportunities sourced- Interviews scheduled- Placement conversion rate- Learner placements- Employer and learner satisfaction- Timely and accurate placement reportingDesired Candidate ProfileEducation- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.- MBA (HR) preferred.Experience- 2–5 years in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Career Services, or Corporate Relations.- Experience in education, training institutes, or staffing is an advantage.Skills- Excellent communication and networking skills- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes- Career counselling and interview preparation- Resume review, CRM, and MS Office proficiency- Solid organizational, follow-up, and relationship management skills
