We are looking for a versatile, sharp, and proactive Executive Assistant / Business Manager to work closely with the leadership team across land acquisition, legal coordination, business strategy, and sales execution.Key Responsibilities- Oversee documentation, paperwork, and initial due diligence required for land acquisition.- Coordinate legal paperwork, title searches, and documentation for land and project approvals.- Engage with legal counsel, authorities, and consultants to ensure complete legal compliance.- Assist leadership in planning and executing strategic roadmaps for current project launches.- Track project timelines, cross-departmental tasks,
