- Manage assigned Key Accounts and develop long-term relationships.
- Add current customer accounts from the assigned region.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and achieve targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Create awareness of company services, test scopes, and capabilities through regular Understand, gather, and submit customer testing requirements related to product development/projects in the pipeline on a monthly basis.
- Deliver regional revenue growth YoY as per assigned sales targets.
- Ensure timely payment collection by coordinating with customers and accounts; Customer Service & Complaint Handling
