We're looking for a Program Manager to solve high-impact problems across the full student and program lifecycle — spanning curriculum, student progression, campus operations, growth initiatives, and organizational systems. Continuously identify and prioritize critical problems across academics, operations,



student progression, growth, and organizational effectiveness Break down complex, cross-functional problems into structured components, form explicit hypotheses, and design solutions that address both immediate challenges and root causes Work closely with academic teams, operations teams, campus leadership, and central functions to drive alignment and ensure effective on-ground adoption Track the impact of your work using data, iterate based on insights, and take full ownership of the most critical problems at any given point. 2+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, startup roles, or similar execution-focused environments ~ Effective stakeholder management across teams with different goals and constraints, without direct authority ~ Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools ~ Bachelor's degree required; MBA desirable ~
