This isn't a traditional Operations Manager role. You'll partner directly with senior leadership, influence business decisions, and help run the India operations of a rapidly growing US accounting and advisory firm As Manager/Senior Manager – Business Operations, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our India business. You'll work closely with the Operations Director to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and ensure our India and US teams operate seamlessly. Drive day-to-day business operations across multiple functions.



Business Operations Monitor business performance through dashboards and KPIs. Partner with leadership to improve business efficiency. Support technology implementations and operational transformation. Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution. Have 7–12 years of experience in Business Operations or Operations Management. Have independently owned business operations rather than only coordinating projects. Can make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Consulting, Shared Services, or Professional Services. Exposure to KPI reporting, MIS, operational dashboards, or business analytics. Experience with workflow automation or process improvement initiatives.
