Manager Career Services and Alumni Relations Work Location: Sricity/Chennai Experience: 5 – 10 years Master’s degree Position : Full-tim e Drive and execute the Career Services strategy to achieve placement and internship targets, including placement rate and average CTC benchmarks. Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle for internships and final placements. Plan and deliver high-impact employer engagement initiatives such as Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), career fairs, workshops, and networking events. Gather employer insights and feedback to continuously strengthen Career Services programs. Maintain and enhance employer and alumni databases to support long-term engagement. Partner with Associate Directors (ADs) to execute school-specific placement strategies. Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts,



ensuring sustained engagement year-on-year. Drive outreach and branding initiatives to position Krea University strongly among recruiters. Ensure accurate MIS, reporting, and adherence to internal processes for all Career Services activities.
