Brink’s Global Shared Services Center (GSS) in Hyderabad is a critical enabler of the company’s global transformation and operating model evolution. The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets. Business Unit Description: This role sits within HR Operations, a team that plays a key role in supporting Brink’s global workforce and advancing enterprise HR priorities. The function is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable HR services and ensuring consistent execution of core people processes, partnering across global HR, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences and reliable HR operations at scale. As part of Brink’s global operating model, the team helps drive consistency, efficiency, and service excellence, enabling the business to operate more effectively and support employees across the full lifecycle. The QA Manager will lead quality assurance strategy and ensure consistent testing standards across delivery teams.



The role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into actionable plans, manage delivery quality, and help ensure solutions are released with the right level of readiness, control, and user alignment. Define QA strategy and frameworks Lead QA teams and resources Ensure quality across delivery lifecycle Translate business priorities into structured requirements, plans, test strategies, or delivery roadmaps that support high-quality execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage scope, risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery milestones. Support UAT, testing, release readiness, adoption, and post-implementation stabilization as appropriate for the role. Use data, feedback, and delivery metrics to identify risks, improve quality, and strengthen execution discipline. Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at the right level of detail. Set priorities, manage workplans or team routines, and ensure commitments are delivered with quality and accountability. Experience: ~~7+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of processes, services, projects, platforms, or stakeholder outcomes. ~ Experience supporting technology projects, program delivery, business analysis, QA/testing, release readiness, or portfolio execution. ~ Experience operating in Agile, SDLC,



or structured delivery environments with cross-functional stakeholders. ~ Leading QA teams ~ Scaling QA processes ~ Bachelor’s degree QA strategy Requirements, project/program, QA/testing, SDLC, Agile, delivery management, or release readiness skills. Strong coordination, facilitation, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through capability. High attention to detail with a solid quality, compliance, and control mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate in a fast-paced transformation environment. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ISTQB, QA automation, ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow experience. Experience supporting multi-country or enterprise-wide technology implementations. Experience working in a shared services, GBS, captive, MSP, or outsourced delivery model. Exposure to global transformation, operating model change, transition, or service modernization initiatives. Process improvement experience, including Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement methods. Experience creating executive-ready materials, dashboards, process documentation, or stakeholder updates.
