We are seeking a Technical Client-Success Manager for an AI powered SaaS Platform. Create high-level solution architectures, implementation plans, and effort estimates for prospective customers. Customer Implementation & Onboarding Lead end-to-end implementation projects from project kickoff through production go-live. Translate customer business processes into functional solution designs and implementation requirements. Collaborate with AI Engineering teams to define solution requirements, review implementation progress, and validate technical deliverables against customer requirements. Lead functional testing, identify solution gaps, and coordinate with Engineering to resolve issues. Coordinate UAT, production deployments, onboarding activities, and post-go-live hypercare support. Guide customers on solution best practices, implementation strategy, and platform adoption.



Drive retention through consistent project outcomes, and expansion opportunities by identifying additional use cases and demonstrating business value. Project Coordination Manage implementation timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication. Prepare solution documentation, implementation plans, meeting minutes, and customer-facing technical documents. Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
