E-commerce & Communication Manager (Junior) Location: Adjacent to MG Road, Near Chhatarpur Metro Station, Recent Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & experience) Working Days: Monday to Saturday ⏰ We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized E-commerce & Communication Manager (Junior) to join our team. Whether you're a fresher eager to build your career or have up to 1 year of experience, we'd love to hear from you! This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, e-commerce, customer communication, and operations. Candidates from NIFT or Pearl Academy, especially with a background in Fashion Communication. Manage customer communications before and after purchase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. ️ Handle Shopify backend and website management. Manage product launches on the website. Coordinate online and offline order management, tracking, and follow-ups. Build and manage relationships with PR agencies, bloggers, overseas buyers, MBOs, and third-party vendors.



Maintain website and store inventory accurately. Coordinate with merchandising, production, and logistics teams for timely order dispatch. Support customers at the physical store and maintain visual merchandising (VM).
