Business Development Executive (US Staffing – Aviation) CBL Aero is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth in the US Aviation Staffing market. If you have a strong background in US Staffing Sales, direct client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships, we'd love to hear from you. Shift Night Shift (US Business Hours)Full-Time Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, networking, and referrals. Build relationships with MROs, Airlines, OEMs, FBOs, Aerospace Manufacturers, and Aviation Service Providers. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets. Maintain CRM records and prepare client proposals.



1–5 years of Business Development experience in US Staffing. ~ Experience acquiring direct US clients. ~ Strong verbal and written English communication. ~ Ability to work during US business hours. ~ Robust sales mindset with proven target achievement. Experience in one or more of the following: RPO Sales Experience using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot Salesforce Bullhorn CRM Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience selling staffing services to any of the following are highly preferred: Airlines Aircraft Manufacturers Defense Contractors Competitive Salary Growth opportunities Opportunities Five-day work week
