Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager - Insurance This role requires a strong B2B sales background, experience in managing C-suite decision-makers, and a deep understanding of the insurance Identify and acquire new clients within the corporate sector (focus on B2B sales).
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target potential business clients and calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and digital marketing.
- Client Relationship Management:
- C-suite level (CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives) to gain recent business and retain existing accounts.

Experience : -Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales within the insurance industry, Proven experience engaging and meeting with C-suite decision-makers (Experience in managing RFQs and QCRs for insurance products.
- Sales & Business Development : -Strong cold calling and lead generation skills. -Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sales support. -Knowledge of the insurance brokerage process, underwriting, claims management, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) management.
