- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives.

- Facilitate collaboration across departments to align objectives, resources, and timelines.

- Track progress, measure success, and report outcomes to stakeholders using data-driven insights.

- Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions to ensure initiative success.

- Maintain documentation, project plans, and communication materials to support transparency and accountability.

Requirements

- 5+ years supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in agile environments with minimal supervision.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and data analysis platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
